Marvin has worked hard to keep its rural character. The Village's own land use plan is about preserving its equestrian roots, and most neighborhoods hold to roughly one home per acre. Do you serve the whole Village of Marvin, and homes just outside it?

Yes. Marvin shares the 28173 ZIP code with Waxhaw, so your mail may say either town. We serve homes throughout the Village and the surrounding Union County area. Homes on the South Carolina side of the line are outside our service area.

We have a gated drive and animals on the property. How do you handle access?

At the in-person walkthrough we'll talk through where to park, which doors to use, and where pets or animals will be, so the team never surprises an animal or leaves a gate open. For cleaning days, we agree on access together in advance.

Someone in our home has allergies. Can you tailor the clean for that?

Yes, within what a cleaning team can responsibly do. We can dust top-down, vacuum upholstery and soft surfaces, wipe vent covers, prioritize bedrooms, and use the products you prefer if a family member reacts to certain scents. We don't do duct or HVAC cleaning and make no medical claims, but we'll build the scope around your household's comfort.
