For bi-weekly visits, do I need to be home each time?
That's your call. Many recurring clients are home for the walkthrough and the first restoration clean, then switch to an access arrangement we agree on together, such as a door code or garage entry, with notes on pets and alarms. We'll settle it at the walkthrough so every visit runs the same way.
What makes the restoration clean different from my regular visits?

Your bi-weekly or monthly visits then follow a lighter, every-visit list for kitchens, bathrooms, floors and dusting, done by the same team each time.
