Wesley Chapel Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning for Newer Homes
Closing dates don't wait. We walk the home, set the scope and have it clean before the boxes land, then keep newer finishes looking new on a bi-weekly or monthly rhythm.
Tell us your closing or move date. We'll plan backward from it.
Three Steps From Closing Table to Clean House
Step 1: Request Walkthrough Estimate → Step 2: In-Home Accurate Scope → Step 3: Customized Clean.
Step 1: Send your address and key date.
Step 2: We walk the home in person with you, talk through expectations and details, and give you a clear, upfront Free Estimate with no surprises.
Step 3: We clean to that plan, so you move in (or hand over the keys) on time.
Move Day, Then Every Day After
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
An empty-home clean timed to your closing or lease date: kitchens, bathrooms, closets, baseboards, stairs and floors. Extras such as inside the oven or interior windows are set at your in-person estimate, where we talk through expectations and details.
Recurring Maintenance (bi-weekly or monthly)
Once you're settled, the same team every visit keeps newer cabinets, counters, fixtures and floors looking the way they did at closing.
Deep Cleaning
Been in for a year or two and never had a full reset? We'll catch up the corners, baseboards and fixtures.
Newer Homes, Fresh Yards, Union County Clay
Wesley Chapel incorporated in 1998, and much of the village has been built since then, in planned subdivisions the Village continues to guide toward low-density, conservation-style neighborhoods of roughly one home per acre. Newer homes bring their own upkeep. Freshly landscaped yards haven't fully knit over the red clay yet, so every rain sends clay onto walkways, garage floors and entry rugs. Newer finishes also show everything: flat-painted walls, glossy cabinet fronts and dark fixtures pick up every fingerprint and water spot.
Clay on walkways, garage entries and rugs: entry zones prioritized on every visit.
Fingerprints on glossy cabinets and flat paint: finish-safe products and methods.
Tight move windows: a scope set in person, scheduled to your key date.
Move and Upkeep Questions, Answered
My mailing address says Monroe, Waxhaw, Matthews or Indian Trail. Is that still Wesley Chapel?
It may well be. The village spans several ZIP codes, including 28104, 28173, 28110 and 28079, so your mail can carry a neighboring town's name. We serve Wesley Chapel and all of the surrounding Union County area, so either way you're covered. Enter your street address and we'll confirm.
We close next month and the house will be empty. How do the walkthrough and cleaning day work?
Every Free Estimate starts with an in-person walkthrough with you, so we'll set it for a time you can be at the home, often right after you get the keys or before you move out. For cleaning day, we'll agree on access in advance, whether someone is on site or you approve another arrangement. We note gate, garage and alarm details so nothing is left to chance.
Our yard was just landscaped and red clay keeps coming inside. Can ongoing cleaning focus on that?
Yes. Your bi-weekly or monthly scope can put entries, the garage-door entry, mudroom floors and rugs at the top of every visit, with the same team handling it each time. Extras such as inside the oven or interior windows are set at your in-person estimate, where we talk through expectations and details.
