We travel often, and our house manager runs the calendar. How does access work?
Tell us who to coordinate with on the form, and we'll arrange scheduling through them. The walkthrough itself is always in person at the home with you (your house manager is welcome to join), and during it we'll agree on the details for cleaning days: who lets the team in, rooms that stay closed, and how you'd like to be updated afterward. Nothing about access is assumed.
